Real Estate Transcript Requests/GPA

Does anyone have any insight into background checks by Real Estate companies and if they request transcripts. A lot of smaller shops don't usually look into that to check GPA or even ask for it. What about the big brokerage shops like CBRE/JLL/CW, HFF/Eastdil.

Do the REPE firms always check your transcripts, especially if they ask in your application (Harrison St/Walton St). If anyone knows if some for sure do.

For big brokerage they usually have a 3rd party do a check. Im pretty sure they just make sure that you received a degree and dont have any criminal history. Highly doubt they look at each course and grade, if thats what you are asking.
