REIT Analyst or AM Associate?
Trying to decide which career trajectory to follow post-grad. Have experience in both (internships) and wondering which has more future opportunities or is overall better
You need to give more context here. Is this an acquisitions analyst role? Are they different asset types? Relatively the same in firm size, AUM? Can’t really give you advice with such little info.
