REIT questions and REIT links to direct

Hey guys I’ve worked on the private and REIT security investment side mainly focused on Europe and Asia but looked at the US market (only REIT side) a bit. Thought it could be useful to open up a chat to discuss valuations, any questions you have on the REIT side, the transition from private side to real estate securities etc etc. Not a Q&A, more just happy to field some questions and start some sort of interesting discussion (think GGP going private or Intu - uk stock - maybe going private) and see how public and private real estate can learn from one another. Anyone want to start?
