Hey guys I’ve worked on the private and REIT security investment side mainly focused on Europe and Asia but looked at the US market (only REIT side) a bit. Thought it could be useful to open up a chat to discuss valuations, any questions you have on the REIT side, the transition from private side to real estate securities etc etc. Not a Q&A, more just happy to field some questions and start some sort of interesting discussion (think GGP going private or Intu - uk stock - maybe going private) and see how public and private real estate can learn from one another.
