Congrats on the interview. There's a multifamily Related model floating around here somewhere. Make sure to be able to build a model from scratch just so you know everything. I'm assuming it will be very technical, know their projects, have good answers for where you see the office market in NYC, maybe leasing market as well. Know how to model very well, also the development process from closing, site improvements, construction, completion, AM and different debt used at each step. I have never interviewed at Related, but just thoughts off the top of my head and reading about the role.

Where is the program located
Do you have an answer key to this? Struggling slightly with modeling the debt and solving for loan balance that is both max 80% LTV and max 6% DY. Don't get how that is possible if the valuation for the "V" in LTV is based on a 5% cap rate.
