Related Companies vs Related Group

Interested to hear about the similarities and differences between the wider Related Companies and Related Group, especially relating to culture and hiring trends. Related Companies seems pretty geared towards people with a strong 1-2 years of full time experience, is Related Group similar if that is indeed the case (I'm an undergrad with just over a year's worth of internship experience).

Thanks!
