Check out Justin Kivel on Udemy for cheap modeling guides. You can normally get them for $10-$16 depending on the sale. Additionally, I’d try joining profession organizations like NAIOP or ULI to start networking. They also have online coursework you can complete, but I think it’s fairly expensive.
