Removing GPA from resume after first real job?

Hey everyone,

Wanted to see what the consensus is on removing GPA from resume after working your first position. I had a 3.3 from a non target so I figured it’d probably be better to leave it off for more senior level REPE positions in the future.

Thanks in advance

I don't see a problem with it. If anyone actually needs it, they will ask, and as you alluded to, your work experience is more important.

I don't think you need to have it on there, especially if you've had some good deals and accomplishments that tied to the experience in the first job you have. I've never listed mine on there and it's been fine. I've had it come up a few times in the first 2-3 years of working. I didn't have a good GPA but was able to really sell myself well to the interviewer that I don't think it negatively affected me.
