Reneging - What should I do?
Not yet a reneg but added that to the title for clicks. I have an offer I just got for a solid Repe internship (think Barings, Harrison Street, etc.). However, I think I have a good chance at a top tier REIB (think eastdil, JLL IB, etc) and interview in next week. Do I accept my current offer (expires in a few days) then reneg if I get REIB offer next week, ask for an extension on the offer acceptance date, tell ES about my pending offer to leverage it and speed up the process, or just accept my current offer which I am very happy with and call it a day.
