REPE case study help

I’ve been sent a take home REPE case study and modelling test that is due Sunday 6pm NYC time.

I was wondering if someone would be willing to review my work and offer any feedback on my model please? Ideally by Saturday evening so I can have time to implement any changes on Saturday night or Sunday before the deadline. I understand most of you want to enjoy your weekend but thought I would ask as I’d be very grateful.

Only professionals working in RE with modelling experience please, so I would kindly ask for proof who you are before sharing it with you just in case loads of students who want access to a case study message pretending to be a REPE professional and giving me unreliable feedback that worsens my model so please don’t be offended if I ask for proof who you are, I’m sure you can understand why.

thank you

LMAO you really aren't concerned about someone from the firm who reads this forum and realizes that you are cheating

You really shouldn’t request help on this forum. 1) People in the firm may read this forum, reach out to you, and than ding you. 2) If you get the job, and had help, you may in for a rude awakening on the job. The point of a modeling test is to test your skills and make sure you can do the job. No one cares if the answer is correct or the analysis is correct, etc. They just want to know, can you use excel. Well, if you get help here, but can’t actually do the work - you’re going to have a hard time in the office when you can’t come ask WSO and your peer is too busy to assist / annoyed that you always ask. I’m sure you’ll do fine and if you don’t, it’s a great learning opportunity and go practice and brush up your skills.
