Hi, sorry this is a dumb question but I've been invited to sit a cash flow modelling test for one of the top REPE funds.
I'm not actually sure what they mean by a 'cash flow' modelling test, they won't give me any details but they said it's very challenging.
Could someone explain what they think a cash flow modelling test would entail in a REPE? Is it a DCF? is it a waterfall modelling test? or something else?
