Has anyone made the hop from REPE to proptech or propco? I've worked in finance out of UG for past 5 years in combination of AM and acquisitions. Good experience but just don't feel the excitement on property-level deals anymore. Currently looking at a few strategy roles at a couple startups. Curious if anyone has feedback for this transition.
