hi all - finishing up my first year in banking and have been talking to headhunters but have not heard of any firms recruiting... has recruiting not happened because of the market or are all the spots already filled? would be looking to leave next year into REPE. Just trying to get a feel for what is active / open, if you know of any shops hiring please leave in the comments, much appreciated.

I heard from friends that Apollo RE just kicked off their interviews for 2025 start positions within the last week. I’d assume that means interviews are starting/around the corner as it aligns with the previous timelines of starting around 1 year into your analyst stint
