Hi guys!
As a PE investor, I'm currently evaluating a logistic development (for rent) project. Aside from modeling and sensitivities (rent x construction cost at exit cap rate, rent x construction cost at exit year, etc.) What should I consider for i) preliminary and ii) in-depth technical and legal due diligence? What are the most important things to know about land and building infrastructure? Happy to see insights from Infra PE folks.
