I will graduate from my masters program in December and I’ve been searching for jobs with January ‘25 start dates with little luck. Considering applying to summer internships and hoping to receive a return offer for immediate employment. How likely is an immediate start date after a summer internship? Any insight on this process or experience would be greatly appreciated.
