What would the salary range be for this kind of role?

Firm has $10B AUM. It's being marketed as an Asset Management Associate role but I have no knowledge of RE job titles.

Job Description • Ongoing surveillance of a designated portfolio of assets; gather, review and analyze information from a variety of sources to establish/substantiate current valuations; preparation for and presentation of credits at quarterly risk tracking event • Processing of Special Requests including assumptions, lease approvals, management changes and consents; interface with Primary/Master Servicers; gather, review and analyze information from a variety of sources to evaluate Borrower request(s) • Day-to-day management of loans to optimize financial & performance objectives and minimize risk of loss; analyze property level cash flow to estimate mark-to-market income/expense and property valuation; negotiate resolution of delinquent problem loans with individual borrowers • Underwrite new investment opportunities including loans and securities secured by commercial real estate • Work on multiple assets/projects concurrently including backup support and coordination of processes with external parties

"Dances with Dachshunds" Description doesn't provide an experience level range and you didn't describe your market, but I'd say $80-90k.
Thanks. They're asking for a minimum of 3 years experience. Market is DFW/PHX/ATL.

Yeah, then $70-100k is about right. There is a weirdly large range in salaries in Asset Management between companies, so it's hard to pin down exactly what they might offer. You'd be surprised how high and how low they could go in initial offer.
