San Antonio CRE scene
What are the best/most active REPE firms / brokerages in San Antonio?
Considering a move and looking to gain some insight on who the biggest/best players are in the area. Thanks.

Career Resources
Affinius and Kairoi then smaller local groups. Austin, Houston, and Dallas have far more firms.
Love San Antonio, but it’s just a blue collar town. Horrible place to work and (or) buy RE… for now at least.
Why do you say it's horrible to buy? Not sure that follows from being a blue-collar town
MF: bad to buy because housing prices have remained relatively low in San Antonio and surrounding burrows. Rent vs. Mortgage school of thought. Additionally, MF vacancies are relatively high compared to other Texas metroplexes, sitting at ~12% as of Feb. (Higher than the national average per Matthews REIS).
Office: Blue collar city, a lot of class b office space going unused.
Retail: actually pretty great (made a general point in my first comment).
Fair enough
GrayStreet Partners. Interviewed with them once out of college, couple of UChicago guys. Do a lot of interesting opportunistic value-add plays.
