Gents--I work for a large national multifamily owner/developer ($10B+ AUM) interested in expanding in the Nashville market. Seeking a portfolio of 3-6 deals (need operational scale to enter a new market), no single deal smaller than approx. 80 units. Looking for built product, maybe including one development site. Just out of curiosity - what's your take on the Clarksville market?
From my understanding, Nashville apartment pipeline looks very excessive over the next couple years - are you seeing something different?

Agreed on the oversupply issue. It is crazy how many cranes are up there. Almost like Dallas or Atlanta, but with a fraction of the population.
