Senior Level Acq Compensation

Curious if there are anyone willing to share senior level acquisition regional lead comp. 8-12 YOE - top performer at a fund. Currently benchmarking to $500k but was curious if anyone seen jobs in the $600k - $650k base + bonus. I have seen jobs in that range or higher but it doesn’t include equity or promote. Currently at 1% - 2% of promote which right now seems like it could not be as much as I thought along with being a ways off from being paid out given it is a fund.

ticks up a bit like $550k - $600k or like $650k? Yeah I understand being invested at certain point I am invested with our funds and have see jobs where the cash comp is in the $600k - 800k but no promote but haven't seen too many jobs with comp at $600 - $650k with promote. But would say I am a top performer. Just kind of a weird spot as you get older there is less information out there and comp is more vague.
