Senior Living Modeling Help

Hey all, I have a senior living in office case study in 2 weeks for a large REPE. I've built a model already but with the lack of online resources (A.CRE not having this asset class on their website) I feel like I am missing some important aspects in my model. 

I have 0 experience in this asset class and I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share a senior living model with me. I would really appreciate it.
