Posting on a friend’s behalf here. Has anyone worked with or have any insight on Shea Properties?
They have about $3.5B AUM and state they have a busy pipeline for this upcoming year in development. The position they reached out to him for was for their West Coast development. He’s had an itch mainly in regards to acquisitions at a REPE firm and a slight interest in development, but prefers acq. due to the general process of building from the ground up is a slower pace. He’s currently in a valuation role and weighing the pros and cons of the opportunity being presented.
