Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't a specific list of REPE shops in the U.S. that sponsor Canadians outside of the megafunds (MFs). However, it's worth noting that networking and targeting firms with a history of hiring international candidates can be key. Some Canadian-focused threads mention firms like Slate, Kingsett, Crestpoint, Hazelview, and Starlight for REPE in Canada, but for U.S. sponsorship, your best bet is to focus on larger firms or those with a global presence.

If you're looking for summer analyst (SA) or full-time (FT) roles, networking with alumni or professionals in the industry who have successfully navigated sponsorship could provide valuable insights.

You're going to have a tough time finding sponsorship for undergrad summer internships; full-time is a different story. Can't give you a master list, but you can often look to see if a specific company has filed for any H-1B petitions in a given year.

I'd focus on MM/UMM funds, pensions (particularly Canadian ones) developers, etc. that have an international presence. Unless asked explicitly, DO NOT mention you need sponsorship when networking with professionals down in the US. If it comes up, make sure you do your homework on what's required to get a TN visa, and communicate that it's a light lift for the firm.
