Short Term Housing Debt!
What is happening in the short term housing debt market: - Home Builders? - Air BNB Deals? - Build for Rent? These should be the straws the brake the camel’s back in the housing market, but i haven't heard of anything happening yet. I am not in that space, but this will effect all real estate capital markets. Math is math and the money to service that debt is not there.
