Should I negotiate?

I’m an analyst 2 in NYC and got a job offer at REPE T-15. They came in with a strong offer 95k + “target bonus” of 45% of base. I’m definitely not making this much currently. I’m at 80k + 30% of base. Should I try and negotiate to get more or should I be happy with the offer, accept it and roll on. I am genuinely happy with the offer, but who doesn’t love more $. If anyone has any advice would love to hear it

You can try, depends how they have comp structured. At my firm it’s fairly siloed in Analyst and associate years to where everyone is basically making the same across the board and there’s not much movement apart until you hit VP. Arguably though given the war especially for junior talent right now if you’re going to negotiate, now is the time to do it.
