Should I switch majors?
Currently 1/2 way through my Real Estate degree in appraisal. Should I switch? Should i do a second major in accounting or finance?

Depends what you are trying to do, but in general...real estate, finance and accounting all go hand-in-hand. I wouldn't say you need to major in accounting. I'd however recommend taking the essential classes like financial accounting, managerial accounting and finance to compliment your real estate interests.
For example, advanced corporate finance won't be very applicable if you are doing asset level cash flows. Same goes for intermediate accounting if you aren't trying to become an investment banker/real accountant.
I want to get into commercial real estate sales but i'm not sure where to start with the RE degree. They do provide 2 yrs of foundation level business courses so I could easily add on an accounting or finance specialization (5 classes or so).
I'd recommend taking those classes I listed then (finance, financial and managerial accounting) and whatever other classes seem relevant or semi-applicable.
And still major in real estate? Or switch to general studies
If you want to work in real estate, study real estate 100%.
