Just reading an article about these guys. Anyone have any experience? Seems like a pretty cool REPE shop. focuses on value-add/opportunistic office deals in tech/media hubs.
Small team that covers a lot of ground. They are smart folks and have done some cool deals. Thats probably not terribly helpful but is there something specific you want to know?
Yeah so I've been interested in a few groups in this size range and have been wondering what comp/hours might be like for an experienced analyst or assoc? My guess is they are too small to compare against the big blue chip repe groups, but sizable enough that its not all over the map.
Met a couple of their employees at an event last year, good people. I don't know about their hours but expect the comp to be in-line with the team's previous jobs: REIB at MS, JPM, Starwood, etc.
