Stream Realty | Development Leg
Was curious if anyone had insight on the development leg of Stream. Clearly known for the leasing, brokerage and property management side but their development side seems to be fairly new.
Capital partners, deal flow, reputation would be great if there is any context.
Thought it would be interesting to know given the below link. Not sure how valid of a source but Stream in top 10:
