TA Associates Realty Interview

I have an interview this week at TA Associates Realty in Boston. In prepping for the interview, I have been trying to find info about their investment activity and firm's culture. Their website is very vague regarding. Anyone have any info or tips to share?

Thanks!

I had an interview with this firm for a valuations analyst position. The guy interviewing me asked if I wanted a coffee from the cafe that we met at and I said "sure." Not that I wanted the coffee, but I thought it impolite to reject a request. I thought it strange when he said "I'm buying you a small, I hope that's not a problem." "Not at all" I replied. The interview went well, until the end when he made a comment about how I hadn't taken a sip of the coffee since we sat down. I told him that I still intended on drinking it, and thanked him again. I say all this because I didn't get the offer, and I attribute the reason to the coffee.

I don't remember much from the interview because it was a couple years ago, but I do remember that they do provide lateral movement once you're in (ie. if you go in for a valuations role and prove yourself, you should be able to make a move into Asset Management). But that's about all I remember.

Good luck
