These kids are good

These kids from Harvard delivered a very strong stock pitch that won the seeking alpha stock pitch competition. As they talk about the company, you can tell that they know their company like the back of the their hands. They also demonstrate a strong understanding about the value drivers of REITs. As the host said, a lot of people have been doing this for a long period of time (SS and BS research analysts) and these kids have taught them a lot about the depth of research you can do for a company that doesn't receive a lot of attention. What do you guys think? Strong? Weak?
