Thoughts on DivcoWest?

They're currently recruiting for for 2021 full time analysts, but I can't find much information online about their analyst program. Looks like they have a strong presence in the REPE industry, but am wondering if anyone has anything to share about them?

Legit firm backed by rock solid institutional capital sources undertaking some serious  high profile projects (cambridge xing in boston and sand hill road redev). Cant go wrong there.

Yes, great reputation in REPE. However, all I will say (and this applies to all firms) is don't get blinded by the high-profile deals, "prestige" and reputation.

Have interviewed with them in the past and passed due to some concerns on certain personalities, which were confirmed by former analysts/associates. Of course this is highly group dependent but make sure you do your homework before jumping in. Wouldn't be a bad place to spent a year or two though.

Went thru all rounds of interviews and was told I’d hear back in 1-2 weeks. I reached out to the HR coordinator around 2 weeks for an update on my status and she ignored me. It’s frustrating not to have gotten a response or a rejection email after having invested so much time/effort into the recruiting process.

In terms of the actual interviews, they were mostly behavioral and then there was a technical test. The people I spoke to were fine. They weren’t the most interesting but they were nice.
