Thoughts on RE consulting to transition into development in the future
I have noticed that alot of people recommend real estate consulting at a large corporate firm as an entry level transition into the RE World. Their main takeaways is you get an overview of the whole industry and help better understand where you want to fit in.
Has anyone worked a consulting role as an entry to Real estate? If so, how was that experience and also what recommendations do you have to land that kind of role.
