Anyone have the scoop on these guys? Lots of AUM and plays throughout the cap stack. Is this mostly a core fund shop or do they take on riskier deals as well? I would assume build to core is a business plan too.

Career Resources
Work with them on a few deals a year which have been Class A/major metro markets. Can't speak on if they have an opportunistic fund, but since this is for the teacher's pensions funds the majority is core assets.
