Top RE Modeling Courses for Development (multi\industrial)

Was wondering what are the top RE modeling courses with a focus on ground up development. My firm which is a developer/operator specializes on apartment and industrial buildings (development/acquisitions). I’m debating between a few, (BIWS, REFM or ACRE). Any of these you guys recommend, with a focus on ground up development projects, that also includes acquisitions?
