I am currently listening to Best Ever and Bigger Pockets
Both those podcast are great!
Bigger pockets to me can be hit or miss, has some good information but also a lot of it I feel is survivor bias. More people who ended up buying real estate and it worked out, or their titles are something along the lines of, "Fry Cook to Multi-Million dollar Real Estate Empire in 6 weeks".
It’s not directly investment focused (ie none of the hosts are doing deals that I’m aware of), more debt/general CRE focused, but I’ve found the Treppwire podcast to be really interesting and informative.

Ken McElroy has a good podcast. But I also enjoy The Real Estate Syndication show with Whitney - He does a great job of talking with operators.
