Trademark Property Company

I'm a current Junior and heard through a connection that Trademark Property Company is looking for an SA for this summer. What do you guys know about them? What is their reputation and have they been successful? I know they're DFW-based developer and have completed high profile retail deals in the past, but don't know much beyond that. Thanks in advance.

I interviewed there last yr for an asset management job. Didn't get it but they seem to have a flat hierarchy. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. I'm a minority and during the interview process, they made an effort to introduce me to other minorities.

In the end, it's way far from my house but it seems to be a solid show to work at. They developed Uptown Village in Cedar Hill if you are familiar with it.

They have turned out from really strong developments in the last ten years. I used to know some folks that got started there and went off to start their own shops, or move else where in the real estate world. Probably a great place to go and get some ground up experience, i don't think it's a very large firm.
