Turnover of Analysts / Looking to Jump?

Curious to hear if you're either a RE analyst still at your first job 1-2+ years in, or if you noticed anything at your company -- what percent of the analysts that started out of college are still at the company? If you're one of them, are you looking to jump or staying put? Feels like, despite people on the forum saying the current job market is so weak there is nowhere to jump, at least at my firm, most people have jumped after hitting 2 years at the company.
