Have an offer from UBS on their real estate team...currently unemployed so seriously considering it. I've read a lot on this forum about their past performance issues and current restructuring...anything information on their culture or current performance would be very helpful.

If NYC, real estate group is pretty bad with no flow and bad culture. Is that better than being unemployed? Maybe but not necessarily.
