UND MSF to CRE thoughts ?

I was admitted to UND MSF program for this year but I couldn’t afford the tuition so I deferred it to next year. I have been working as a civil engineer mostly doing consulting work for land development projects( about 2 years in private sector and currently 3 mo into public sector ). My goal is to use the MSF degree which are one year long to pivot onto CRE hopefully as an analyst. I will be 26 when I get out of the msf program so I am worried that I might be too old for the analyst role, wondering if this program is the right fit for me.

I would really appreciate y’all’s insights, worried about age being a factor and if that will hinder my ability to recruit post graduation ?

Thank you everyone

Personally I don't think age matters much -- annecdoatly I'm going to be a first year analyst at the age of 24 (wen't to CC & majority of my credits didn't transfer). At the end of the day, you tell your story about your resume / experience.
