VP Acquisitions Comp Expectations in LA?

Howdy -

I am currently in the final negotiations at an UMM REPE / Owner Operator shop in LA. The firm is vertically integrated and pursues opportunistic, value-add, and core+ deals on the West Coast. Agnostic investment focus, all asset classes, in hyper growth mode through equity deployment, raising new funds, pursuing separate accounts and JVs, and also at the entity level through M&As, recaps, etc. Current AUM is a little shy of $5B and they run lean with the acquisitions team totaling <10 folks.

Currently an ASO2 at a MM REPE shop ($10B AUM, Tier 1 City) and am up for a VP promotion in a few months due to performance.

The firm asked my comp expectations so looking to hear feedback for expected VP1 comp in LA with a breakdown between base + bonus + promote bps + co-investment $/%.

Thank you!
