Assuming if they did raise bases it would be for balance sheet lending teams since the capital market teams make the same base as IB and S&T.
Does this mean incoming Analysts will get 110 base?
When would they raise VP base? Lol at 175 its 75 below IB
Comp came out today and looks like no base increases. How was it for folks? REB VP and got $80k bonus

An1 is 100k base, 10k signing bonus, not sure about performance bonus.
An1 have 110k base plus 20k bonus

Capital Markets, balance sheet teams get 100k and worse bonus but not sure by how much
An2 in capital markets. Base to increase from $110 to $115. Bonus was $15k. Strong review and rating too…
