I know there’s been previous posts on the topic, but what is the expected bonus for an analyst on this team? Also, is this a front office or middle office role? The job description sounds very credit focused, but I’m curious if there’s client interaction / deal structuring as well.

Securitization is under the IB vertical and pays as such.
Origination is under the CRE bonus pool. Large loan gets priority over conduit, but the hours reflect that.
Do you know what bonus looks like on the origination side? At the analyst level
10% - 20%. Bonus is under what other CMBS teams at banks pay but the trade off is working with some of the best originators on the street.
I think this is only true at the analyst level, comp scales considerably after A2A at least on large loans
Do you know how the bonus pool differs as you move up through VP? 50% at VP maybe?
