Wells Fargo Real Estate

Does anyone have insight into the interview process for Analysts in the Wells fargo Commercial real estate groups. Such as what to expect with technicals. Also, any idea about typical starting salary/bonus in these real estate groups?

I interviewed for the analyst role in 2019. Starting was probably around 75k from what I heard. It was long process with a super day in their offices. Had a lunch with the other interviewees and current analysts/RMs in their conference room.

Technical questions were mainly about real estate, for example, “This office building across the street, what would you be most concerned with when considering the asset for a loan?” I said rent roll, occupancy, credit status of tenants, parking, even zoning. Also had a couple questions on metrics in real estate.
