Welltower final round interview
I’ve got a final round super day for an associate investment position at Welltower. Wondering if anyone can shed some light on what to expect and the company culture in regards to pay, people, work-life balance etc
good place to start out in CRE for someone pivoting into CRE with 8 years of professional experience?
Looking for well rounded acquisition, AM, dispo and stakeholder interaction. I want to be involved in everything at some point.

Super well-regarded shop that’s full of smart people. Culture can be kind of brutal, and it’s extremely sweaty for a REIT (60 hour weeks for deal team is bare minimum).
Did you work there or know someone that did/does?
I worked there.
For some reason thought they were more silo'd on the health side. Have never really heard of them before in the NY market.
