What would be the comp starting from Analyst to Associate to VP?

You are right 100%. I just wanted the real estate guys take on it (but yes - the search bar had several hits).
In regard to RE: they are growing their PE platform, as can be seen with the MGPA acquisition. However, LPs have a long memory, and their JV with Tishman for PC Village/Stuytown is still regarded by many as the worst CRE deal in history.
