What is the typical base salary annual increase [%] (if any) for real estate acquisition professionals and real estate development professionals?

What is the typical annual increase (%) for your RE position historically? What are the contributing factors to any annual increase?

On the development side at least, unless you work for a company big enough to have lockstep salaries/comp/annual pay increases there is no typical base salary increase. I've gone a couple years without any base salary increase at all, only to have a random massive bump for no real reason, and then a few years of no increase, and then a small increase, etc.
