I’ve heard it is between 135-180 all in with BX being on the lower end and places like Ares/KKR/STWD on the higher end.
Can anyone confirm this?

Thats what I’ve heard. Similar to the GS discount. Take with a grain of salt though as my info for BX is primarily based off this forum
BX Acq was on the higher end (100% bonus)--source from an ex-coworker when I was at STWD. See my comment below for STWD A1 comp.

These are the actual numbers haha. not sure why this is getting downvoted. $150k all in is expectation.
What about these firms for pre MBA associate (acquisitions)?
I know a person who had an AM analyst position at Carlyle a few years ago, he said 2nd year comp was 100 base + 100 bonus. So this sounds accurate
