What's next?

Hi Everyone,

I work for a credit union developing financial models and underwriting for our commercial department. If I wanted to transition from the credit union to a big bank, what would be considered important skills to be successful? I have personal relationships with my LO's but I've been told analyst/LO relationships are non-existent. As far as market and industry research I complete these at my own discretion as the credit union doesn't pay for financial information. I've been told by recruiters that I lack credit experience, however, I understand the NCUA regulations and help make recommendations based on our policy. Where would one develop credit experience for banks?
