Random but just curious..which group at BX works on their Hotels/Casinos in Vegas? Is there a specialized AM or Acquisitions group? I would imagine from an AM perspective probably not a specialized group given most are just leased to MGM.

The MGM portfolio is currently run by the BREIT team (net leased SLB) and I think their Cosmo investment was the value/opportunistic RE team. Regardless, I think most of those guys were based out of NYC.
