Does anyone have any insights into the Witkoff Group? Their strategy, how they've fared recently, rep, culture, etc - or anything else that may be helpful. Any insights/experiences would be appreciated.

Not sure how financially successful they are, but love their buildings

Don’t know anything about culture as I assume you need to have strong in with the family to work there (Steve’s youngest son basically was a VP straight out of school)
Exciting projects, strong capital/lender relationships. Basically your perfect example of a sexy small (employee wise) private NYC development firm.
Can't speak to culture but they do relatively few projects, but they tend to be very high end. At least in NYC, it's a lot of luxury condos in good neighborhoods, very ambitious projects.
Does make you wonder what they have been doing recently or will do in the near future when the upscale condo market is horrifically oversaturated.

I don't know a ton about them but they've survived a recession and that's a big deal in my book. It's really easy to make money on condo buildings when prices are going up 10% every year. It's harder when you have to get out from under a ton of unsold inventory that is trading underwater.
