How do you do fellow monkeys?  Does anyone know of LP's that are targeting workforce housing investments? Crow Holdings just linked a deal (link below). Return metrics are lower (YOC/EM/IRR) but might appeal to the ESG crowd. I'm new to the space, appreciate any help.
