Unless for some reason your GPA at first glance seems low and you're putting top 5% to clarify, I would just leave it off. If you truly are in the top 5% I think that will be apparent by just the GPA (assuming its 3.8-3.9+) and there isn't any reason to open yourself up to any questions on where you found the relative standing information
